Order and returns

Right of replacement

If you are the consumer (i.e. a person placing an order for a purpose that is neither commercial nor for an independent professional activity) and use telecommunications (e.g. telephone, e-mail, online, etc.) to order products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 3 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 3 days from the day in which you or a person authorised by you (who is not a freight forwarder) has taken possession of the goods. The timely sending of the cancellation before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of cancellation
In the event of termination of this contract, we must return all payments received by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the favourable standard delivery method offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your termination of the contract. We will carry out the transfer to the account notified by you. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for such return. We may refuse to return payment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You are requested to send or deliver the goods to us immediately or at the latest within 3 days of receipt of the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Any loss of value of the goods shall only be compensated for if such loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
