We take all necessary steps to keep your order and payment details secure. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes do not affect orders already shipped. Prices include VAT and the goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time of order and the time of order acceptance, the stock position for certain items may change

The prices shown on our website are in Swiss francs, including VAT (or similar taxes) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount paid by you will be the indicated price plus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and are charged in Swiss Francs.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTFINANCE and E-FINANCE.

If the merchandise is available and not otherwise requested, your order from Pasticceria MARNIN will be processed within 4 business days.

The shipment is made with Swiss Post. The shipping costs are indicated on the order form.

In case of complaints regarding the goods delivered, please write an e-mail to customers@marnin.ch immediately and latest within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days of receipt, the goods are deemed accepted.

We respect your privacy. We do not share your information with others or sell your information. By buying products in our online shop you can create a customer account. Therefore information such as first name, last name, address and e-mail address are saved. We do not share your information with third parties.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely satisfied with if you return it to us in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, by post within 3 days of receipt (date of dispatch by you). You must return unwanted orders by post and at your own expense. Special orders are excluded. Refunds will be credited to the account you have communicated to us.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to all subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make changes to the terms applicable to that order.
