Panettone Nuvola
Soft, light and pure: the Panettone Nuvola is made from Marnin’s classic panettone dough, without the addition of raisins or candied fruit. Only selected ingredients, live sourdough starter and a long natural fermentation create a cloud-like texture and a delicate aroma of butter and vanilla. An essential, harmonious panettone that highlights the authentic simplicity of artisanal baking.
The leavened products of Marnin are fresh products. They should be consumed as soon as possible as they do not contain preservatives. Avoid sudden temperature changes. To be stored in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light. Being rich in butter, they should be consumed at a temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. Ingredients
Wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk (barn eggs), sourdough starter (natural ferments, water, wheat flour), acacia honey, inverted sugar syrup, glucose (glucose syrup), cocoa butter, iodised salt, orange and lemon fruit paste (glucose–fructose syrup, orange peel, lemon peel, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavours, preservative (sulphur dioxide)), vanilla, pineapple syrup (pineapple, sucrose), “Reale” pistachio paste (pistachio, glucose syrup, almonds, flavours, plant extracts). May contain traces of peanuts.
